‘Special education institutions to be revitalised’

Islamabad: Secretary Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Nadeem Mahbub visited the National Special Education Centre for Hearing Impaired Children here and reviewed the progress of renovation and upgradation work.

The head of the institute and technical focal person briefed him on key developments focused on creating a more conducive, inclusive and effective learning environment for students.

The secretary conducted a detailed inspection of the work, reviewed infrastructure improvements and issued directions to ensure maximum enhancement of facilities through optimal utilisation of available resources.

He emphasised the need for timely completion of renovation works and the provision of all essential facilities for students and staff.

Reaffirming the ministry’s commitment, the secretary said that he and his team were fully dedicated to revitalising special education institutions under its ambit and ensuring the best possible learning environment and support services for their students.
