Sindh Rangers personnel carried out an intelligence-based operation in Karachi and arrested three suspects affiliated with the “Hazara Gang,” allegedly involved in multiple robbery and street crime incidents.
According to a Rangers spokesperson, the suspects have been identified as Zohaib Shah alias Babu (gang leader), Shahryar alias Mota, and Atta-ur-Rehman alias Masit. They were apprehended in the Rashidabad area. Rangers also recovered three mobile phones and cash from their possession.
During the initial interrogation, they confessed to being active in criminal activities for the past three years, stealing three to four motorcycles per month and snatching four to six mobile phones daily, along with cash ranging between Rs40,000 and Rs50,000. They also revealed that the stolen motorcycles and mobile phones were later sold at low prices.
