AJK police arrest RAW agent

MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Captain (retd) Liaquat Ali Malik on Thursday said the Rawalakot police had arrested an agent working for the Indian intelligence agency RAW.

Addressing a press conference here, Liaquat said the RAW agent was taking photos and making videos of sensitive installations.

He said the anti-national element was passing sensitive information to the enemy country. The IGP said the agent was identified as Irfan.

He said the sanctity of the land of Azad Kashmir will not allowed to be violated under any circumstances. 

The ‘RAW’ agent was working through social the media, he added, expressing the resolve that they will destroy the enemy’s evil designs.
