QUETTA: One miner was killed and two others were injured in an accident at a local coalmine in the Duki area, officials said on Tuesday.
The incident occurred during coal extraction when a trolley hit the workers inside the mine. As a result, a miner identified as Naeematullah, a resident of Qilla Saifullah, died on the spot, while Akhtar Shah and Ibrahim sustained injuries.
The body and the injured were shifted to hospital. After completion of formalities, the body was handed over to the family.
