Tipped outsiders, Khokhar One finished second, while favourite Crown Pharoah had to settle for third place in a dramatic turn of events.
The day’s card was marked by surprises, with only Fakhar-e-Sardar, Safe Bet and Tomorrowland living up to their billing as favourites. In the opening race, Fakhar-e-Sardar justified his status, while Silent Melody and Power Up claimed second and third respectively.
