LAHORE:Partly cloudy weather was reported here on Thursday while City received drizzle at night. Met officials said a new series of westerly winds entered the country, due to which a new spell of rains was likely to start in different areas from today (Friday).

They predicted rains would continue until April 5, the temperature was likely to drop further in the upper valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while intermittent rain was expected in Murree, Galliyat and Islamabad.

The possibility of hailstorm with strong winds has been forecast in the plains of Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, while there was also a risk of damage to weak structures due to lightning and strong winds.
