RAWALPINDI: Lahore High Court (Rawalpindi Bench) Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan has granted interim bail to PTI leader and former Punjab law minister Basharat Raja in three cases registered in Hassan Abdal police station and Attock police station over the November 26 protest by the party.
On Tuesday, Basharat’s lawyer Irfan Ahmed Khan Niazi appeared on his behalf at the hearing. Basharat was also present.
The court, after hearing the arguments of lawyers, granted interim bail in three cases till April 7 and sought the records of the cases from police for the next hearing.
