LAHORE: Cloudy weather with moderate but scattered rain was witnessed in the city here on Monday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
The average AQI of the city was 98, which fell in the category of moderate while the PM2.5 concentration was 5.4 times the World Health Organisation (WHO) annual PM2.5 guideline value.
The weather in Lahore went pleasant as clouds settled on the horizon and cool winds continued to blow. Scattered rain was witnessed in various city localities.
Met officials said maximum temperature in the city was 25°C and minimum temperature was 17°C. They said the wind speed was 10 kilometers per hour while the humidity in the air was 57 percent.
