LAHORE:Cloudy weather with moderate but scattered rain was witnessed in the City here on Sunday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
The average AQI of the City was 64, which fell in the category of moderate while the PM2.5 concentration was 3.3 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value.Rain was recorded at Gulberg, Shahdara, Ravi Road, Township, Green Town, Model Town, Peco Road, Johar Town, Muslim Town, Ichhra, Chauburji, Multan Road, Ferozepur Road, DHA, Cantonment and Jail Road.
The Met office predicted intermittent rain in Lahore until tomorrow (Tuesday). As soon as the rain stopped, cool winds started blowing, after which the weather became pleasant. They said the minimum temperature in the City was 18°C while the maximum temperature was 23°C while the wind speed was recorded at 18 kilometers per hour and humidity reached 65 percent.
