7 killed in Gwadar accident

QUETTA: Seven people, including a child, were killed and eight others were injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the Coastal Highway on Saturday morning.

The incident took place in the Manjhi area of Gwadar district. The accident occurred when two cars collided on the highway due to an abandoned gas tanker parked on the road. One of the cars was travelling from Gwadar to Karachi while the other was coming from Karachi to Gwadar, police said.

Makran Coastal Highway Police SP Muhammad Aslam Bangulzai said the injured and bodies were shifted to the Ormara Hospital.
