LAHORE:Dry weather continued to prevail in the City here on Wednesday while mercury reached 21°C. Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
The average AQI of the City was 156, which fell in the category of unhealthy while the PM2.5 concentration was 12.5 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value. Wednesday's maximum temperature was recorded at Mithi, Dadu and Shaheed Benazirabad where mercury jumped to 38°C, while in Lahore,it was 21°C.
