A sessions court in Karachi has directed the SSP Complaint Cell Keamari and Docks SHO to submit a report on an application seeking registration of an FIR against US President Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and others over the martyrdom of Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei.

Jamshed Ali Khowaja filed an application under Section 22-A of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) naming Trump, Netanyyahu, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada as proposed accused.

After the initial hearing, the additional sessions Judge (West) issued a notice to the prosecution to submit comments on the application. He also ordered a copy of the complaint to be sent to the SSP Complaint Cell and SHO to submit a report.

The applicant stated that for the last many years, Trump and Netanyahu have been “abusing, threatening and pressurizing the above-named martyred and millions of Iranians as per their ‘eternal enmity towards Islam as well as Muslims’ like their Yazidi forefathers.”

He said both the proposed accused had pressurized the supreme leader and members of his regime to achieve their ulterior motives, which caused ultimate direct effects on almost 257 to 259 million Pakistanis.

The applicant said the Indian prime minister and Taliban leader through open and secret planning and conspiracies started to support and facilitate Trump and Netanyahu, adding that they attacked Pakistanis, their facilities and assets directly as well as through their armed agents particularly by suicide bombers. He said that during the period between February 25, 2025, and February 16, 2026, dozens of innocent Pakistanis including children and women had been martyred and injured while army officers and soldiers also embraced martyrdom.

He said that when the India and Afghan Taliban were busy in attacking and killing Pakistanis, the US and Israel attacked Iran, and during their combined airstrikes over 300 including Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran Atatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei, 108 innocent school girls were martyred and wounded brutally.

He said he submitted a written complaint to the SHO Docks for the registration of an FIR against the proposed accused but he did not record the statement for the purpose. The court was pleaded to issue an order to the SHO to record the applicant’s statement and register an FIR. The hearing is now fixed on March 5.
