LAHORE:Senior Member Board of Revenue Punjab Nabeel Javed described the Darbar of Data Ganj Bakhsh as a centre of spiritual enlightenment and a symbol of Punjab’s Sufi heritage, reiterating the government’s commitment to protect its sanctity and provide modern facilities for visitors.
He made the remarks while chairing a review meeting on ongoing development works at the shrine of Hazrat Ali Hajveri (RA). Secretary/Chief Administrator Auqaf Punjab Dr Ehsan Bhutta briefed the meeting on infrastructure improvements, beautification efforts, and enhancement of public facilities. He added that calligraphy designs featuring Quranic verses, Hadiths, and selected poems are being finalised to preserve both spiritual and artistic value.
