LAHORE:On the directions of CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamyana, a ceremony was held at the Capital City Police Headquarters to distribute laptops among the children of police martyrs.
During the ceremony, DIG (Admin) Imran Kishwar handed over laptops to children of fallen police personnel. The beneficiaries included the children of Shaheed Sub-Inspector Muhammad Yousaf, Shaheed Head Constable Muhammad Saeed, Shaheed Head Constable Ismat Ali and Shaheed Head Constable Shabbir Ahmed.
On the occasion, Muniba Saeed, daughter of Shaheed Head Constable Muhammad Saeed, received a laptop, while his son, Muhammad Ahmed was presented with a bicycle as a gift.Speaking at the ceremony, CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamyana reaffirmed that the police department remains committed to the welfare of the families of martyrs and will continue to extend all possible support. He added that educational scholarships are also being provided to ensure uninterrupted access to quality education for the children of martyrs.
DIG (Admin) Imran Kishwar said that the students who received laptops are pursuing education in different fields, including medicine, engineering and information technology.
