Pakistan stands out for its poor performance, with low scores on both the supportive frameworks and enforcement perceptions indexes.
Without real implementation, supportive systems like childcare and stronger political commitment, laws remain symbolic and countries like Pakistan risk slowing their own economic growth by failing to empower women.
