£190m reference: IHC to hear pleas today

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear miscellaneous petitions of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi today (Thursday) for early hearing of their main appeals in £ 190 million reference.

The Registrar office issued the cause list scheduling the appeals for hearing on Thursday. A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.

Meanwhile, another miscellaneous petition was also filed for early hearing of PTI founder’s plea on medical grounds. The last hearing on the main appeals were held on September 26
