Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held a series of important meetings at the Bilawal House on Wednesday. The meetings focused on the political situation in Punjab and the ongoing development initiatives in Sindh.
During a meeting with senior PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira, they discussed the prevailing political scenario in Punjab. In a separate meeting, Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah met Bilawal and PPP Women Wing President Faryal Talpur. Shah briefed them on the performance of his department and presented his book ‘Man Musafir’ to the party chief.
Adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister on Human Settlements Najmi Alam also met Bilawal and Faryal, informing them about the progress and performance of his department. Later, Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab called on the PPP chief and apprised him of the city’s political and administrative situation. A detailed briefing was also given on the ongoing development projects in the city.
Similarly, Hyderabad Mayor Kashif Shoro met Bilawal and Faryal, and provided an update on public welfare and development projects under way in the city. PPP District Sukkur President Syed Javed Shah also met the PPP chief. The meeting included an exchange of views on the city’s political and organisational matters.
