Islamabad:The Intercollegiate Competitions 2026 were successfully hosted by Islamabad Model College for Girls (IMCG), Korang Town, providing a vibrant platform for students from various Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) colleges to showcase their academic, artistic, and creative talents.
The event featured Urdu debate, winter delight cooking, wall mural, and science model competitions. Students participated with great enthusiasm, demonstrating confidence, teamwork, and innovation throughout the day. Renowned poet and educationist Professor Jaleel Aali (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Principal Prof. Munaza Faheem presided over the ceremony.
In the Urdu Debate Competition; IMCG, F-11/1 secured first position, followed by IMCG, Korang Town in second place, while IMCG, Humak received the consolation prize. In the Winter Delight Cooking Competition; IMCG, G-10/2 won first position, IMCG, Humak secured second place, IMCG, F-10/2 stood third, and IMCG, Korang Town received the consolation prize.
In the Wall Mural Competition; IMCG, F-7/4 claimed first position, ICG, F-6/2 secured second, IMCG, F-10/2 obtained third, while consolation prizes were awarded to IMCG, F-11/1 and IMCG, Korang Town.
In the Science Model Competition; ICG, F-6/2 secured first position, IMCG, I-10/4 stood second, IMCG, F-7/4 (PG) achieved third position, and IMCG, Korang Town received the consolation prize.
In the Chemistry Models category, IMCG Korang Town secured both first and second positions, IMCG, G-10/2 stood third, and IMCG, F-7/4 (PG) received the consolation prize.
In Biology Models; IMCG, F-7/4 (St-52) won first position, IMCG, G-10/2 secured second, IMCG, Korang Town stood third, while ICG, F-6/2 received the consolation prize. In the Computer Science Model and Presentation category; IMCG, F-7/4 (PG) secured first position, IMCG, Korang Town stood second and also received a consolation award.
