ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed the hearing of appeals filed by advocates Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha in controversial tweet case on Thursday (today).
Justice Muhammad Asif of IHC will hear the appeal applications, who will also take the petitions of both the lawyers seeking suspension of their sentences today.
It is pertinent to mention that Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha have challenged trial court’s January 24 order awarding them 10 years punishment each and fine.
