KARACHI: The 31st Pakistan HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) International Expo & Conference concluded on Saturday at the Karachi Expo Centre after three days of activities focused on innovation, collaboration and technological advancement in the HVACR and allied engineering sectors.
On the closing day, Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, chairperson of the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan, visited the exhibition, toured various stalls and interacted with exhibitors and industry professionals.
He praised the organisers for holding what he described as a professional and impactful event, saying such platforms promote industry collaboration, generate economic activity and create business and investment opportunities. He also emphasised the role of young professionals and called for greater unity among business bodies to enhance competitiveness and support national economic growth.
Held from February 12-14, the expo drew an estimated 18,000 visitors from across Pakistan and abroad, including engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, policymakers, academics and students.
