LAHORE: Senior executives of Data Vault Pakistan met Ali Mustafa Dar, adviser to Punjab chief minister on artificial intelligence and special initiatives, to discuss potential collaboration on advancing the province’s AI agenda.
The delegation, led by Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Syed Zeeshan Ali, proposed leveraging the company’s sovereign AI infrastructure to support Punjab’s ambition to become a leading AI-enabled hub in South Asia.
Dar, appointed earlier this month on a pro bono basis, is the son of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and the son-in-law of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. He holds a software engineering degree from University College London and the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and has said he aims to make Punjab the most AI-enabled province in the region.
