LAHORE:Faysal Bank, in collaboration with Special Olympics Pakistan (SOP), will host the 2nd Faysal Bank SOP Unified Marathon Lahore 2026 on Sunday, with the aim of promoting inclusion, sportsmanship and unity among athletes of all abilities.
The marathon will start at 6:30am from DHA Phase 9, Prism Block A, Lahore. The event is designed as a unified sports initiative where professional runners, Special Olympics athletes, and community participants will compete together, reinforcing the message of equality through sport.
The marathon will feature multiple race categories to ensure broad participation. The 21-kilometre Half Marathon will begin at 7:00am, followed by the 10km race at 7:30am, 5km race at 8:15am, and the 1km Unified Walk at 9:00am. Participants will be able to take part through running, walking, or wheelchair racing, highlighting the inclusive nature of the event.
