KARACHI: inDrive organised an offline learning event in Karachi aimed at supporting the digital growth of its drivers, as part of a wider education initiative to expand opportunities beyond ride-hailing.
The event followed the launch of inDrive’s digital learning programme on LearnOnline, which offers drivers free online courses focused on practical skills and future career pathways. The session brought together top-performing drivers and local digital creators who shared guidance on applying digital knowledge in daily life and exploring new income opportunities.
Speakers included Ismailblogger, Rehan Allahwala, Imran Ali Dina, Sajjad Khan and Waqar Siddiqui, who discussed their personal experiences and learning journeys.inDrive Pakistan Country Manager Awais Saeed said the initiative aims to help drivers build skills that strengthen their livelihoods and support their families. To encourage continued learning, the company awarded a laptop to a top participant, Muzafar Shah, a driver associated with the platform for over three years.The company said the programme reflects its broader focus on community empowerment and digital inclusion alongside its core mobility services.
