SUKKUR: Twelve most wanted criminals surrendered to the Kashmore-Kandhkot police, while two others were injured in a police encounter on Monday.
District Kashmore Police, Sindh Rangers, and other law enforcement agencies conducted several intelligence-based operations in different areas of the district, including Durrani Mahar. As a result of continuous operational pressure, 12 dangerous and wanted robbers surrendered themselves before the law. They were allegedly involved in kidnapping for ransom, extortion, robbery, attempt to murder, attacks on police personnel, murder and other serious crimes.
SSP Kashmore-Kandhkot Muhammad Murad Ghanghro said the police also injured and arrested two most wanted criminals during an encounter. The arrested suspects were allegedly involved in robbing Hindu traders in Kandhkot city.
