KARACHI: The much-anticipated ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup gets underway from Thursday in Zimbabwe and Namibia, with all the thrilling matches to be aired live on Pakistan’s first private sports channel, Geo Super.
According to the schedule released by the ICC, the Under-19 World Cup will be played from January 15 to February 6, featuring top young cricketing talent from across the globe.
The tournament will provide fans with an exciting opportunity to witness future cricket stars showcasing their skills in batting, bowling and fielding. A total of 16 teams will compete in the mega event, battling for the prestigious title, while 41 matches will be played during the tournament.
The Pakistan Under-19 team will begin its campaign on January 16 with a highly anticipated clash against England, generating considerable excitement among cricket fans.
