Rawalpindi: The All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association (APPSMA) on Tuesday congratulated its patron-in-chief for Hasan Abdal, Advocate Syed Aqdas Hussain Shah, on his election as president of the Hasan Abdal Bar Association.
The association also extended congratulations to Advocate Chaudhry Kashif Hanjra, an executive member of APPSMA, on his election as president of the Daska Bar Association.
In a joint statement, APPSMA Central President Kashif Adeeb Jawadani, Secretary General Amjad Ali Khan, and office-bearers from Punjab and other regions said they hoped the newly elected bar office-bearers would play a constructive role in addressing issues faced by private educational institutions.
They said private educational institutions charging low fees were facing acute financial and administrative pressures, particularly after a month-long closure, making it increasingly difficult to meet building rents, staff salaries, and routine operational expenses.
They urged authorities to take urgent notice of the situation to prevent further strain on private schools and their employees.
