KARACHI: Gold prices fell by Rs600 per tola on Thursday in the local market following a decline in the international rates.According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold dropped to Rs466,162 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs515, bringing it down to Rs399,658.In the international market, gold rates fell by $6, settling at $4,438 per ounce. Local gold prices are typically adjusted with a premium of $20 over international rates.Silver prices decreased by Rs236 to Rs8,125 per tola. The price of 10-gram silver also dropped by Rs203 to Rs6,965.
