ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the appointment of Lieutenant General (R) Hassan Azhar Hayat as the Managing Director of Pakistan Land Port Authority.
After the approval of the prime minister, the Establishment Division has issued a formal notification of his appointment. Lt Gen (R) Hassan Azhar Hayat hasbeen appointed under the MP-1 scale for a period of three years. The appointment of Lieutenant General (R) Hassan Azhar Hayat is effective immediately. The Pakistan Land Port Authority is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Interior and Anti-Narcotics.
