Parliament has brought major changes in the judiciary via the 26th and 27th amendments. However, the challenges ordinary people face when it comes to accessing just have, in my opinion, not been dealt with.
The massive backlog in cases does not appear to be going down and ordinary citizens still face a very inefficient system full of delays. If the parliament really wished to make things better, they would have focused more on the issue of delayed justice.
