Many police stations around the country are filled with vehicles recovered during crime raids. However, the authorities do not seem to maintain a proper registration and identification system for vehicles.
As a result, a vehicle stolen from someone years ago could be sitting in the nearest police station, just rusting away. The police should find the rightful owners of any recovered vehicles and hand them over.
