ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) Wednesday declared Omar Ayub and Zartaj Gul as absconders for their continuous absence in the Sangjani Jalsa case and ordered the seizure of their properties. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case.
During the hearing, applications of Zain Qureshi, Ali Bukhari, Sher Afzal Marwat and Shoaib Shaheen for exemption from attendance were accepted.
The court adjourned further proceedings till December 20.
