PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday disposed of over 150 petitions seeking Pakistan Origin Cards (POCs), directing applicants to submit their requests according to NADRA’s previous policy.
During the hearing of the petitions, NADRA’s lawyer Shahid Imran Gigyani informed the court that while the PHC had earlier ordered the issuance of POCs without any document requirements, the Supreme Court had suspended that decision.
