LAHORE:After a long time, the Neela Gumbad has now become visible to the citizens from the outside roads.

LDA DG Tahir Farooq visited the site of ongoing and proposed development projects on Tuesday and saw Neela Gumbad while standing at the Underground Parking Plaza project. Chief Engineer Tepa Iqrar Hussain was also with him.

The shape of the dome has become clear after the removal of encroachments and properties around the shrine. LDA DG Tahir Farooq reviewed the ongoing construction work of the project. The Project Director gave a briefing on the ongoing work on the project. The construction work of the Underground Parking Plaza project was going on day and night and 357 piles of the Blue Dome Parking project have been completed, 100 piles were remaining. The 115-meter cap beam of the project has been completed and more than 70 percent of the endowment structures have been demolished. All services related to the project have been transferred and excavation work for the underground parking will start in the next few days. Later, DG also visited the site of the Data Darbar and Bhatti Chowk expansion and remodeling project.
