INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate (grated) 150g
Butter 180g
Eggs (room temperature) 3
Caster sugar 125g
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All-purpose flour (sifted) 35g
Dark (chocolate chunks) 50g
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add dark chocolate, butter and microwave for 90 seconds (check in between after every 30 seconds) then mix well until smooth and set aside.
In a bowl, add eggs, caster sugar, vanilla essence and beat on high speed until fluffy (3-4 minutes).
Add all-purpose flour, melted chocolate and beat until well combined.
Transfer to a baking dish (9 inches), add dark chocolate chunks and press chocolate chunks into batter with the help of back of spoon.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 16-17minutes (firmer, soft and fudgy center) or 12-14 minutes (runny, molten center) on lower grill.
Another option is to cook in a pot. Place steam stand/wire rack in a pot, cover and preheat on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Pour batter into ramekins, add dark chocolate chunks and press chocolate chunks into batter with the help of back of spoon.
Bake in pot on low flame for 16-17minutes (firmer, soft and fudgy center) or 12-14 minutes (runny, molten center).
