KARACHI: Gold prices increased by Rs9,100 per tola on Thursday in the local market following an increase in the international market.The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association stated that 24-karat gold rates reached Rs428,736 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs7,802 to Rs367,572.Gold rates increased by $91 to $4,063 per ounce in the international market. Typically, gold prices in the local market are adjusted by a premium of $20 against rates in the international market.Silver rates increased by Rs203 to Rs6,445 per tola. Similarly, 10-gram silver rates also rose by Rs174 to Rs5,525.
