Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi General Secretary Arslan Khalid has strongly condemned the brutal murder of Karachi-based trader Ali Murtaza in Balochistan, criticizing both the Sindh and Balochistan governments for their “sheer incompetence and failure to protect citizens”.
The PTI leader asserted that the provincial governments have completely failed to provide security to the public, particularly the business community. He lamented that a prominent trader from Karachi was brutally killed in the neighbouring province, yet the Sindh government remains blissfully unaware of the tragedy.
He highlighted that registering an anti-terrorism case three days after the incident is a formal confession that law and order had completely collapsed in both provinces. Criticizing the Balochistan administration, Khalid said the provincial government remains limited to mere verbal contacts and cosmetic statements, while its ministers enjoy deep slumber even after such a horrific tragedy. He further lambasted the Sindh government, noting that not a single representative has visited the aggrieved family to offer condolences or support.
