MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court Bar Association AJK-SCBA) President Raja Aftab Ahmed Advocate said that elements involved in destroying the state peace, launching armed assaults, damaging government property and causing loss of human lives must surrender immediately and hand themselves over to the law.
In a press release issued on Saturday, he said the AJK-SCBA) will them legal assistance in the courts of Azad Kashmir.
AJK-SCBA president said that those who are fighting the state and challenging the writ of state are not only endangering human lives but are also committing a grave crime skin to treason.
Meanwhile, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on social media platform ‘X’ said that dialogue begins with loyalty and complete obedience to the state.
He said, “Some misguided brothers of Azad Kashmir, who are running on an agenda nowadays, must read Article 5 of the Constitution of Pakistan, which requires unwavering loyalty to the state.
