K-Electric (KE) continued its focus on improving recoveries and organized a customer facilitation camp in Manzoor Colony. Through these camps, KE provides on-the-spot support for bill payments, payment plans, meter-related queries, and new connection applications, helping customers clear outstanding dues.
At this camp, said a press release, applications were submitted for 17 new electricity connections. In addition, through the IBC on Wheels, electricity bill payments exceeding Rs6.5 million were collected from defaulters.
K-Electric Head of Distribution Operations Khurram Abdullah said, “Our customer facilitation camps are a direct channel to engage with communities and resolve issues at their doorstep. These initiatives are designed to improve bill recovery and reduce distribution losses, while also making it easier for compliant customers to access services. At the same time, our commitment to delivering an uninterrupted and reliable power supply remains unwavering.”
