LAHORE:Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Lahore Inamullah visited the Washing Lines, Old Diesel Shed and New Diesel Shed to review operational performance, train cleanliness and maintenance activities.
He inspected washing line facilities, train movement and work coordination, and later reviewed locomotive fitness, repair work and operational procedures at the Old Diesel Shed. He also visited the heavy repair shop at the New Diesel Shed.The DS directed officials to ensure timely repair, maintenance and fitness of coaches and locomotives in accordance with safety standards. He stressed the importance of effective coordination between washing lines and diesel sheds to maintain punctual train operations.He said these measures would help provide safe, comfortable and quality travel facilities to passengers in line with the vision of Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi.
