Event arranged for hearing-impaired members

JAMRUD: A cricket match and prize distribution ceremony for members of the hearing-impaired (deaf) community WERE organized in Hayatabad to promote sportsmanship, inclusion and recreational opportunities for special persons.

The special guest at the event, Zia-ul-Haq, Deputy Director of the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), distributed prizes among the players and appreciated their enthusiasm and participation.

Members of the deaf community expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi for facilitating the event.They said that such programmes play an important role in encouraging special persons, providing healthy entertainment and promoting their social inclusion.The participants urged the KP govt to organize more sports, cultural and recreational activities.
