Families, workers return from native towns after Eid

LAHORE:Families and workers are returning to City following the conclusion of the Eidul Azha holidays, triggering significant congestion and travel rushes across the city as holidaymakers head back to their jobs and routine responsibilities.

Large crowds have been witnessed at major entry points, including the Lahore General Bus Stand (Badami Bagh), Lahore Railway Station, and various private transport terminals throughout the city.

Meanwhile, thin attendance was observed in both government and private sector offices after the Eidul Azha holidays.Employees were seen discussing Eid celebrations, sacrificial animals, and issues related to butchers and meat processing.

It is worth mentioning that major arteries leading into the city are experiencing heavy, slow-moving traffic as thousands of families complete their return journeys.The City Traffic Police Lahore and the National Highways & Motorway Police (NH&MP) are actively managing traffic flow and facilitating commuters.
