Who received what gifts during January and March this year?

ISLAMABAD: More Toshakhana records have surfaced, revealing who received what gifts.

The Cabinet Division has issued the Toshakhana record for January-March 2026 quarter.

President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Chairman Senate, NAB Chairman Lieutenant General (retd) Nazir Ahmad, IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar are among those listed as recipients of gifts.

First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, Special Assistant Haroon Akhtar, President’s Military Secretary, President’s spokesperson, President’s PSO, President’s CSO, President’s ADC Air, Prime Minister’s Military Secretary Major General Tajdeed Mumtaz, Prime Minister’s PSO Anas Iqbal Goraya, Prime Minister’s spokesperson for foreign media Mosharraf Zaidi, Prime Minister’s personal physician Lieutenant Colonel Zohaib Awan, Prime Minister’s Political Secretary Murad Khan, Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, Secretary Climate Change Aisha Humera and Secretary Economic Affairs Humair Karim were also among those who received gifts.

According to the Cabinet Division data, the gifts received during January-March quarter included watches, jewelry sets, paintings, shields, teasets, ties, decorative pieces, swords, necklaces, books, mobile phones, T-shirts, traditional clothing and other items.

Cabinet Division documents state all recipients deposited the gifts in the Toshakhana. The Cabinet Division is currently assessing value of the gifts and the related process is ongoing.

Cabinet Division’s latest list does not include names of the gift-givers, whereas list covering January-June 2025 included names of both foreign and domestic personalities who presented the gifts. Cabinet Division had previously made public Toshakhana record from 2002 to December 2025 in phases, while the record from 1997 to 2001 has also already been released.
