Rawalpindi-Abbottabad National U-17 Cup final evenly poised

LAHORE: An unbeaten half-century by Suleman Khan helped Rawalpindi U-17 take a 210-run lead against Abbottabad at the end of the second day’s play in the National U-17 Cricket Cup final at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad, on Tuesday.

The match looked evenly poised as at stumps, Rawalpindi were 307 for eight in 76.2 overs in their second innings, with Suleman Khan unbeaten on 63. Sher Wali Khan was the other notable contributor for Rawalpindi, scoring 60 runs. For Abbottabad, Sudais Khan grabbed three wickets, while Mohammad Saim took two wickets.
