KARACHI: Faysal Bank and Avanza Solutions have expanded their collaboration in digital banking, with the two companies marking 100 million transactions processed through Avanza’s mobile banking platform.
The milestone was announced during a ceremony held at Faysal Bank’s head office in Karachi, attended by senior executives and officials from both organisations, a statement announced on Saturday.
Faysal Bank said its digital banking services were supported in part by Avanza’s customer relationship management and digital platforms as the lender continues to expand its digital banking operations.
Representatives from both organisations said they would explore the development of a sandbox environment for artificial intelligence-based banking solutions as part of their ongoing collaboration. The bank did not disclose the financial terms of the partnership or further details regarding the proposed AI initiatives.
