PM, CDF praised for Bunyan-um-Marsoos operation against India

LAHORE: A joint press conference was organised here in connection with ‘The Battle of Truth, Bunyan-um-Marsoos,’ arranged by the Muttahida Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan in which rich tribute was paid to country’s armed forces for their historic success against India.

Prominent religious scholars from various schools of thought, spiritual leaders, religious and social figures, and representatives of civil society participated actively, presenting a strong example of national unity and interfaith harmony.

The chief guest and keynote speaker at the conference was Dr Allama Syed Zia Ullah Shah Bukhari (Ameer of Muttahida Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan and Member of the National Paigham-e-Pakistan Peace Committee).

In his address, he described the concept of ‘Bunyan-um-Marsoos’ as a symbol of unity, resilience, and a strong lead wall, emphasising that in the current circumstances, it is the need of the hour for the entire nation to unite with this spirit.

He stated that under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Pakistan Armed Forces are actively engaged in making the country’s defence impregnable, and their professional capabilities are commendable. He appreciated the efforts of the government under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for national stability, development, and diplomatic progress.

Dr Bukhari paid tribute to the martyrs of ‘The Battle of Truth, Bunyan-um-Marsoos,’ stating that their sacrifices are a guiding light for the nation, and he also saluted the courage and bravery of the veterans. 

Other speakers at the conference included Allama M Hussain Akbar, Dr Mufti Intikhab Ahmed, Allama Mir Asif Akbar, Mufti Shahid Ubaid, Sheikh Naeem Badshah, Prof Syed Habib Ullah Shah, Dr Syed Osama Bukhari, Pandit Bhagat Lal, Sagheer Abbas Warraich, Mufti Abdul Latif, Mufti Nadeem Shams, Maulana Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Inqalabi, Rana Abdul Jabbar Khan, Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi, Maulana Aslam Siddiqui and other leaders.
