BANNU: Unidentified militants kidnapped five employees of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) from the limits of Cantt Police Station in the Mamash Khel area, officials said on Monday.
Police rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident.Itw as learnt that the PTCL workers had gone to Mamashkhel for official duty when unidentified armed men kidnapped them and took them to an unknown location.
District Police Officer Yasir Afridi, while speaking to the media, said that security forces have cordoned off the entire area and a search operation was currently underway to recover the abducted employees.
