LOS ANGELES: Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic and Julius Randle of the Minnesota Timberwolves were fined by the NBA on Sunday for their roles in a scuffle in the waning seconds of their playoff clash on Saturday.

Three-time NBA Most Valuable Player Jokic was fined $50,000 and Randle $35,000, but with no suspensions handed down both will be available for game five of the Western Conference series on Monday.

Minnesota took a 3-1 series lead with a 112-96 victory on Saturday. The Timberwolves had a double-digit lead with seconds on the clock when Jaden McDaniels casually made an open layup.
