KARACHI: Magnum Ice Cream Company has appointed Mert Turgut as general manager for Pakistan, effective earlier this year, as part of its strategy to strengthen growth as a standalone global ice cream business, the company said on Monday.
Turgut brings over 15 years of experience in consumer goods and ice cream, including leadership roles at Unilever across markets such as Turkiye, Morocco and Pakistan, where he previously led the transformation of the Wall’s business.
The company said he will focus on improving market execution, expanding access to ice cream products and driving long-term growth in Pakistan.
