PESHAWAR: An Anti-Corruption Court on Saturday acquitted a female senior clerk nominated in a case involving the alleged embezzlement of hundreds of thousands of rupees from student funds at the Islamia College University for lack of evidence.
According to the prosecution, the accused, Shahana Razzaq, was employed at the Islamia College University and was alleged to have misappropriated funds allocated for students and house subsidy.
