KARACHI: The Pakistan Chemicals & Dyes Merchants Association (PCDMA) and Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly organise Chemical & Coating Asia, an industry exhibition to be held alongside the 23rd International Trade & Industrial Fair (ITIF Asia) at the Karachi Expo Centre from May 12 to 14, 2026.
The MoU was signed by PCDMA Chairman Salim Valimuhammad and Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan President Dr Khursheed Nizam, marking what both parties described as a step towards strengthening institutional collaboration and promoting Pakistan’s chemical and coatings sector.
The exhibition aims to bring together manufacturers, suppliers and other stakeholders from across the industry, providing a platform to showcase products, explore business partnerships and identify market opportunities. The event is expected to attract both domestic and international exhibitors.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, representatives of both organisations highlighted the role of inter-industry collaboration in supporting trade facilitation and sectoral development. They said the partnership reflects a shared objective of strengthening the industry’s linkages with global markets.
